Current Openings

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT)

Part-time | $19–$23 per hour
Macomb & Oakland Counties | Evening availability required

Join Kids Lead ABA Therapy and help children build meaningful skills through compassionate, individualized care. In this role, you’ll work one-on-one with clients in their homes and community settings, implementing treatment plans under the guidance of a BCBA.

We’re looking for someone who values connection, play, and collaboration and is excited to support each child’s communication, independence, and personal goals.

What we offer:

  • Paid training that meets the 40-hour RBT training requirement for team members who are not already RBTs
