Who we are
Kids Lead ABA Therapy, PLLC is a Michigan-based ABA company providing compassionate, assent-informed services for children and families.
Founded by Stephanie George, M.A., BCBA, LBA, Kids Lead ABA is built on the belief that children learn best when we follow their lead, honor their communication, and teach through the moments that are meaningful to them. Our approach uses each child’s interests, motivation, play, and everyday routines to support skill development in a way that feels natural, respectful, and individualized. Our goal is to support children in building meaningful skills while also helping caregivers feel confident, included, and supported throughout the process.
At Kids Lead ABA, progress is not just about checking off goals. It is about helping children communicate, connect, participate, and grow in ways that improve daily life for the child and family.
Meet the Owner
I’m Stephanie the owner and founder of Kids Lead ABA Therapy. I’m a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with children and families across a variety of needs and have held clinical leadership roles supporting both clinics and ABA professionals. Those experiences shaped my vision for Kids Lead: creating a practice where families receive individualized care, have a strong relationship with their BCBA and feel genuinely involved throughout their child’s treatment.
As the owner and BCBA, I’m personally involved in each family’s care from the initial assessment and treatment planning to ongoing supervision, caregiver collaboration, and clinical decision making. I’m excited to bring a small, relationship focused approach to ABA services for families throughout Macomb and Oakland Counties.
